  • What Kind of T-Shirts and Hoodies do you use here?
    We exclusively use Bella Canvas T - Shirts and Hoodies in our store. This ensures that the garments you receive are of quality. No cardboard feeling shirts here!
  • What is the return policy?
    We allow returns and exchanges for faulty items only. We will not process them for size issues. If there is an issue with your print quality or the soundness of your T-Shirt please E -Mail pictures of the packaging, front and back of the T-shirt or Hoodie to Liz@canvasbackretrievers.com.
  • How long do I have to file a claim for a return or exchange?
    Any claim needs to be filed within 1 week after the expected delivery date. If required, the item needs to be shipped back within 3 days of being asked to do so. We will pay return shipping if something needs to be returned in order to get another sent out.
  • How do I choose a size for Bella Canvas T-Shirts?
    We use Bella Canvas #3001 T-Shirts - We highly recommend measuring yourself before you order a T-Shirt. If you are unsure, please choose the size up. These are unisex T-Shirts so they do not follow men's or women's sizing exactly.
  • How do I choose a size for Bella Canvas Hoodies?
    We use Bella Canvas # 3719 for our pull over hoodies. We highly recommend measuring yourself before ordering a hoodie. If you are unsure please order the size up. These are unisex hoodies and do not follow men's or women's sizing exactly.
  • Will my payment be secure?
    Your payment information is just as secure here as it is anywhere else you shop online.
  • What does Shipping a T-Shirt to the USA cost?
    Shipping to the US is $5.00 for the first T-Shirt and $2.00 per additional T-shirt.
  • What does shipping a Hoodie to the USA cost?
    Shipping for the first Hoodie is $7.00. Shipping for each additional Hoodie is $2.75.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Orders are final once placed. Refunds are only given for faulty products.
