Shipping Policy - We do not ship puppies. We hope everyone will come and visit us here at our home and see where the puppies are kept and in what conditions they are kept. Visits are by appointment only as we raise these puppies in our home at 11574 211th ave nw, Elk River MN 55330.
Refund Policy - Once you have paid the puppy reservation fee and signed the puppy reservation agreement, there will be no refunds for puppies. This is outlined in the puppy agreement and the puppy reservation agreement. Both are linked here. The policy for t shirts is different and is listed in our store FAQ page.
Terms and Conditions Puppies -
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 13 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
